“We have worked with the Guardian Family Network over the last year and have found them to be very efficient and helpful. Guardians were set up and organised in good time for holidays and this information was communicated well with us.”

What is a guardian family and why does my child need one?

The Guardian Family Network guardian families are professional people who have current or past experience of education. We have a policy of one overseas child with one family so that you can be rest assured that the family will give your child the academic and emotional support that they require during their time at school in the UK. They will attend parents’ evenings on your behalf, watch your child play in music concerts or sports matches and keep in regular contact with both you and your child so they can act quickly should any concern or issue arise. Your child will remain with the same guardian family throughout their time with us, meaning long-lasting, trusting relationships will grow as they progress through their time at school. Indeed many children come to see their guardian as their ‘English’ family.

Agents

The Guardian Family Network has long standing relationships with the majority of top UK independent boarding schools. We pride ourselves in our timely communication between our current agents and the schools we deal with to ensure that the welfare of our students is priority.

We offer a range of guardianship services from a basic homestay to the prestige service which provides total peace of mind. The prestige service covers all aspects of care and includes all payment of invoices on behalf of parents, making travel arrangements, appointment of a fully checked guardian, attendance at parent’s evenings and 24 hour emergency cover to name a few.
